Okay today I'm going to share a yummy recipe with you! :)
My hubby loves chocolate chip cookies & I love cheesecake so what do we do? Put them together of coarse, lol. I will just say it turned out delicious!
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars
aka The dominator desert lol
(our names put together lol, yeah I'm a dork lol)
What you'll need:
1 (12oz) package of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cut your cookie dough in half. For crust press half of the cookie dough to the bottom of a sprayed 9" square baking pan.
Next beat cream cheese, sugar, & egg together till smooth.
Spread that ontop of the cookie dough then crumble the other half of the cookie dough on top.
Bake for 35-40 Mins (I did mine for 38 mins)
When done let cool then cut into bars.
Chill leftovers if there are any lol.
Enjoy! :)
